Arcadia
In a scenario of permanent destruction and construction, Arcadia proposes the idea of becoming as a body of subjects and objects that endlessly search for a way of being together. This coexistence is marked by chance, the arbitrariness of individual decisions and the cracks in the transmission between what each one and the others desire.
Four performers and a variety of objects and materials make plans that fail, propose ideas that only a few follow and build structures that do not last due to their precariousness. This heterogeneous community that takes inspiration from the imaginary land Arcadia, where perfect order and organization for the common good flourishes, develops a choreographic practice on the ideas of order and disorder and how they are present in our society.
